Landscape Lighting
Installation
I design and install new installations. Just show me where all of your exterior outlets are and I will work up a plan. I can either come up with my own design based on a few guidelines – basic/minimal, exuberant/over-the-top, or certain design goals you want to accomplish (e.g. light up that one specific tree, etc.) Or if you want, come up with your own design and I can find a way to make it work.
Upgrades & Additions
I can add onto your existing system depending on available wattage from your existing transformer, and if not enough wattage is available, can either upgrade your transformer or add a new transformer depending on the design requirements. I can also add new lights or upgrade existing ones. It’s no problem.
Repair
I can repair existing systems wiring or lights. Do you have a light that’s not working? There’s a good possibility I can fix it if it’s not an integrated LED. If it’s an integrated LED then the fixture may just need to be replaced. But a lot of fixtures I can actually repair, instead of buying a whole new expensive fixture. Or if there are broke connections in the ground I can find them and fix those as well and bring your existing landscape lights back to life.
Maintenance
It never hurts to do some routine maintenance on your system. I can run through you system and clean each individual light. Clearing up foggy lenses, cleaning up corrosion, cleaning out dirt and debris, as well as replacing any bulbs that need replacing as necessary. It never hurts to give your landscape lighting system a bi-annual checkup.
Irrigation
Repair
Water valve not working? Can’t find the water valve in the first place? Sprinkler head shooting up like a geyser instead of a controlled mist? Or perhaps you’re getting low flow or pressure and not sure why? I can diagnose and fix a variety of irrigation problems if you are of need.
Maintenance
Routine maintenance of a sprinkler system can prove valuable to some who would like to make sure that there system is always running at maximum efficiency, with little downtime, and to catch problems early that might arise over time. Let us know if you are interested in a reoccurring maintenance program or a one-time system checkup.
Drip Irrigation Systems
Installation, repair, or maintenance of drip irrigation systems. I can build a drip irrigation system for your raised bed garden or flower bed, with in-ground piping to your water source, and even run multiple valves allowing you to water different plants for different soil saturation levels based on watering duration and water emitted. There are a variety of different drip irrigation emitters and products for different applications.
Landscaping
Pavers
Small paver jobs such as short walkways, patios, extensions, bases, etc.
Edging
Edging with a variety of materials, such as basic concrete blocks, cut precisely to fit, set level or following a slope, and set solid, or even eco borders, such as flexible rubber materials, and more.
Plantings
Planting of ornamentals, decorative bushes, trees, and flowers as desired.
Raised Bed Gardens
Construction of non-structural raised beds using timbers, masonry, or other materials for raised beds as well as preparing a top soil mixture and filling. Drip irrigation system optional.
Mulch & Ground Covers
Small to medium sized mulch jobs. Also, decorative gravels, such as river rock. Or for a natural appeal, ground cover plantings of a short height.
